Market rules

Every market states the source it settles from and the time it settles by. Where a source is unavailable or contradicts itself, the market voids and positions are refunded in full.

Questions must be resolvable by a single public fact. Markets on private information, or on events the site owner can influence directly, are not permitted.

Once a market has taken its first position, its question and rules are frozen. The owner may resolve or void it, nothing else.
